Split the same key count into 1–10 parallel wings with courtyards between them — helps the program fit deep or tight parcels. Drag, rotate, and resize move the whole group. Keys, budget, and pro forma stay whole-project.

Creates a full-height open parking podium beneath the guest floors, with drive-in openings, a continuous vehicle aisle, structural columns, and the lobby/elevator/stair/service cores retained.

Exterior treatment — blue facade is the default; the base band keeps a real wood texture. Aluminum storefront entry stays constant.
Swaps the one-storey band at the base of the building: wood lap siding, modular red face brick, dry-stacked ledgestone, or ribbed grey metal panel. The navy stucco field and the grey coping above it never change — that is the part that keeps the building recognisable from market to market.
Structural standing seam at 1/2:12 — double the minimum slope that profile is rated for, and 15" of rise across a 30' depth, so it stays hidden behind the 48" parapet. Falls north, away from the entrance, into a concealed gutter. The array clamps to the seams: no roof penetrations at all, and roughly 3–4 psf less dead load than ballast. TPO is the flat 60-mil membrane with ballasted racking — cheaper up front, about half the service life.
Sun solved for the site latitude and today's date — the shadow is the shadow it would really throw. Overcast and rain drop the cast shadow, because they do.
